Understanding tracking events

When your order is despatched from our nursery, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. Our main couriers are Yodel and Evri, and each will provide updates at different stages of the delivery process.


Below is a guide to help you understand the most common tracking events and what they mean.


Follow your parcel every step of the way.

Here’s what each tracking update from Yodel and Evri means:

Sender has parcel / awaiting handoverWe're Expecting It – Parcel is on its way to Evri from the sender; tracking will update once received.With Sender – Parcel is expected from the sender; updates will appear once Yodel receives it.
Courier has parcel / processing

We’ve Got It – Parcel is at a hub or depot, being processed, or prepared for delivery to a ParcelShop.

We Have It – Parcel is at a Yodel hub or delivery depot; may also indicate delay, address query, or missed delivery.
In transitOn Its Way – Parcel is moving through the network or delayed; delivery or collection is planned soon.We Have It – (also covers in-transit) – Parcel is moving between depots or waiting to be assigned to a route.
Out for delivery

Out for Delivery – Parcel is with the courier and due for delivery today (time window may be given).

Out for Delivery – Parcel is with a driver and due for delivery during the stated time window.


Attempted delivery / delayUpdate on Your Parcel – Delivery attempted or delayed; another attempt will be made or parcel is returning to sender.We Have It – May also indicate an attempted delivery or delay; reattempt is usually the next working day.
DeliveredDelivered – Parcel delivered to address or secure location.

Delivered – Parcel delivered to address, letterbox, or safe place.

Action neededWe Need You to Act – Parcel damaged beyond repair; contact sender.We Have It – May request address confirmation or delivery preference update.
Ready for collectionReady for Collection – Parcel at ParcelShop or locker, ready to collect.(No direct equivalent) – Yodel generally delivers to addresses; collection locations depend on arrangements.
CollectedCollected – Parcel collected from ParcelShop.(No direct equivalent)



Tips for Tracking Your Parcel

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, it may be awaiting its next scan or experiencing a minor delay.
  • “We Have It” (Yodel) and “We’ve Got It” (Evri) can cover several stages – always check the timestamp for context.
  • For missed deliveries, the courier will usually attempt delivery again the next working day.


If you have been informed by the courier that your parcel is damaged beyond repair then please contact us as we will need to issue a replacement.
