Order Placement
If you wish to place an order by phone, our Sales team are available:
- Monday–Saturday: 8am–6pm
- Sunday (peak season only): 10am–4pm
- Phone: 03333 702 702
- Calls cost up to 16p per minute from landlines and up 65p per minute from mobiles - some providers will include 03 numbers as part of any packages you have with them so please check with your provider if you're unsure about any call charges
- Gov.uk have a guide here which is helpful in finding out approximate call costs per minute depending on the number you are calling
- Tip: The easiest and cheapest way to order is via our website.
Track Your Order
If you just want to check the progress of your delivery, please visit our Delivery Page for useful information.
Customer Service
If you’ve already received your order and:
- Something was damaged
- An item is missing
- Or something wasn’t as expected
Please Send us a Message with:
- Your order number
- Photos [where applicable] showing the issue
This will help us resolve your query quickly.
If you wish to amend or cancel an order, call our Customer Service team immediately:
