Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, except Diner’s Club.
Your card will be charged immediately when you place your order. If you cancel an item before it has been dispatched, we will refund the overpayment after your full order has shipped.
PayPal
Payments via PayPal are charged in full, including postage and packaging, immediately at the time of order. Refunds for cancelled items prior to despatch will be processed once your full order has been despatched.
Amazon Pay
You can pay using a credit or debit card linked to your Amazon account. Your card will be charged immediately upon ordering. If you cancel items before despatch, refunds will be processed once your full order has shipped.
Apple Pay
We also accept Apple Pay for a fast, secure, and easy checkout experience. Charges will be applied immediately upon ordering. Refunds follow the same process as other card payments.
Cheque
If you choose to send a cheque by post, it will be cashed immediately upon receipt for the full amount including postage and packaging. Refunds for cancelled items prior to despatch will be processed 30 days after your full order has shipped due to money laundering regulations.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept National Garden Gift Vouchers or Google/Android Pay currently.
