Tracking your order is easy. As soon as your order has been picked and packed, we will email you with the tracking details.
These will come initially from Whistl, but parcels are passed on to Yodel to deliver to you. Please consider downloading the Yodel App and make sure you set up a 'safe place' in case you are out when the parcel is delivered, as Yodel do not wait for a signature and may leave the parcel on your doorstep if you have not provided a safe place, or nominated neighbour.

As soon as the parcel is collected from our nursery, the tracking details will allow you to see the status of your order. And once it gets to Yodel you will receive either an email or an SMS to let you know it's on its way. So do make sure you have provided us with the relevant contact details.
