If the price on our website doesn’t seem to match the offer, it’s worth double-checking whether you’ve entered the offer code. You’ll find this code on the front of your catalogue (usually the top right-hand corner), in the advert, or on the order form. Simply pop it into the offer code box in your shopping basket, exactly as it’s printed, and the price will update automatically.


If you’ve clicked through from one of our emails, there’s no need to enter the code—it’s already been applied for you!

This means any percentage discounts or offers will be applied across the website automatically when you follow the email link. No extra steps are needed, so the prices you see have already been reduced.


Just a quick tip: if you add another code into the offer code box, it will replace the email code and change the prices back. So it’s best to leave the box as it is if you’ve clicked through an email.

Please remember, only one offer code can be used per order, so make sure to choose the one that gives you the best deal.
