Price doesn't match

If the price you see on our website doesn’t match what’s shown in the advert or offer, it’s usually because the special offer price hasn’t been applied yet.


Using an offer code

  1. Find your offer code – this is a combination of letters and numbers. For emails, the code is usually found at the top of the email. For paper adverts, the code is either in the small print or next to the item image.
  2. Add your chosen items to your basket.
  3. Enter the code exactly as printed in the Offer Code box in the shopping basket.
  4. The price will then update to match the advertised offer.


Email offers

If you’ve clicked through from one of our emails, there’s no need to enter the code manually - it’s automatically applied for you.


Adding another code will overwrite the email code and may revert the prices back to the standard rate.


Other adverts

  • If your prices look different online [compared to our website], remember that other adverts have prices that are exclusive offers.
  • Enter the offer code in the Offer Code box at checkout to apply the reduced price.
  • If you have more than one code, either will work but you can only use one code per order.
