We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all Winter Hardy plants. Winter Hardy plants are defined as plants which we would reasonably expect to overwinter and survive multiple growing seasons in the UK climate.
If your Winter Hardy plant has not thrived, we will send you a replacement - all we ask is you pay for the postage. You may call us on our customer services number 0333 210 0480 to pay and place the replacement order. Alternatively you may email us via cs@gardeningdirect.co.uk where we can raise the order and send a secure link on which to pay via card or PayPal.
If the product is no longer available, we will happily replace it with an equivalent item - or you can wait until the item is back in stock. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds under our Lifetime Guarantee.
Please note that the guarantee covers your original order, and not any replacements. Postage is charged per original order, and we reserve the right to reject any claim if it is clear that the plant has not been correctly cared for.
We may request photos of the plant, so do not dispose of the plant until we have approved the replacement, or we may have to reject your claim.
