How long do I wait from order to delivery?

If all items are in stock we will do our best to ship your order within 3 - 5 working days after receipt.  The order will go on a 48-hour service with Yodel.  However, during our busy period from February to the end of June, we may take a little longer - so please be patient with us and know that we will work flat out to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can. 


If any of your items were marked as 'pre-order' then we will normally ship your entire order once these items are in, though some items (such as compost) are frequently shipped separately due to their weight.  If you would like to check the latest status of your order, you can do this here

If unsure whether your order included 'pre-order' items, please check your confirmation email - there will normally be a date beside the item to give you some idea of when to expect this to be shipped out. We will keep you up to date with progress and let you know if this changes.
