However, due to the high volume of orders that we process, we regret that once your order dispatch note has been printed for picking, packing and dispatch from our nursery, we may not be able to make changes to your order.
During busy periods – particularly in spring and early-summer – we may take a little longer to action any emails that you send us, so please call immediately to avoid disappointment.
